ELEARNING PORTAL: ENHANCING THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF THE ICA ACADEMY SITE THROUGH AN OMNICHANNEL APPROACH
This time we really wanted to challenge ourselves: and to do it in the best possible way, we asked the students of the Digital Business and Web Marketing course at the Faculty of Economics "G. Fua'" in Ancona held by Prof. Andrea Sabatini to work on a project: the purpose of the work is to analyze how to improve the user experience of the ICA Academy site, both by working on the site and on all the communication channels potentially connected to it in an omnichannel logic.
